Description

The Endless Copper Mine is used to mine copper ore and must be placed on top of a copper deposit found by your Geologist .

It can be purchased from the Merchant Chest for 20,000 Gems. With a maximum of 3 total.

The Endless Copper Mine can be very useful compared to the traditional Copper Mines however the Endless Copper Mine has higher upgrade costs. These additional costs do not outweigh the long term benefit though.

Like all buildings bought with Gems from the Merchant Chest, the Endless Copper Mine will return to the Star Menu if you decide to demolish it.

Strategy

To gain the maximum advantage with the Endless Copper Mine it is highly advised to use the Science System to upgrade your Geologist so it can find Copper Deposits that can be mined quicker. This way your Endless Copper Mine will not only have an unlimited source of copper but will also collect it in half the time!

In fact, a Level 5 Endless Copper Mine, placed on a deposit that can be mined faster, and with a triple-buff on it, will produce the equivalent output of 30 normal copper mines.

It is slightly more efficient to put the Endless Copper Mine onto the Sector two deposits, as they are smaller. The lowest possible production time is the top two deposits in Sector 2, with a storehouse in between them. this gives you a 1:42 production time.

Production

The Endless Copper Mine will produce an unlimited amount of copper ore, while traditional Copper Mines need to be rebuild every time the deposit depletes.
